The Litle Tiepnsy!, continued 😋 So Adornale And Cutest Tootsit 🥺, is a nonsense catchphrase and copypasta featured in a series of image macros, often attached to random images of cute or ironically cute characters and images of animals to describe them as adorable in a purposefully cringeworthy way. The phrase predates a similar absurd phrase, Awww The Scrunkly, and is frequently used as a form of shitposting in the same manner.
On June 26th, 2020, Twitter user @eppefex posted an image of Big Floppa, writing, "the litle tiepnsy!oxygen frequency 😋so adornale and cutest tootsit 🥺awww like and double tap so it can the live the cute 😊happy kdb 5g corona Բʅρρφ Թ ՇעՄȝ Եρ Շע ɧԹɧԹ ԹԺρՏՌԹ ʅԹ ȝ" (shown below). This is the earliest known post using a variation of the phrase and gained 35 likes in just under two years.
The phrase spread over the course of the year, inspiring numerous image macros using variations of it. For example, on July 10th, 2020, Twitter user yeenbruh posted an image macro using the phrase with an image of a puppy with a pacifier (shown below, left). On November 5th, Instagram user kattomemes posted an image macro of their kitten with the phrase, gaining over 6,500 likes in just over a year (shown below, right). The term was added to Urban Dictionary on November 6th.
The meme increased in prevalence throughout 2021. On October 20th, 2021, Instagram user spooked_memes.v4 posted a version using a screenshot of Mr. Peabody with his tongue out, gaining over 2,300 likes in three months (shown below, left). On November 23rd, Twitter user @emihead posted, "imagine if there was a disease called scrunklitis that turns you into a tiepnsy / tootsit / etc. forever," gaining over 1,700 likes in two months (shown below, right). It was screenshotted and posted to Instagram by user beefchomgle on the 29th, gaining over 7,000 likes in two months.
